Limited Warranty – Ride Protected
At FarMyth, your safety is our north star—and we stand behind every unit we release. All Zealot Hardshell Backpacks come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, crafted to keep your gear in peak condition for the long ride ahead.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and applies under the condition that the backpack remains in mint condition, with no stains, no deep scratches, and only light surface wear.
What’s Covered:
- Reflective Strips
Visibility matters. If your reflective strips get lost due to lost adhesion within the first year, we’ll send you a replacement set—free of charge upon request.
- LED Light System
If the onboard LED system stops functioning without signs of tampering, we’ve got you:
- You’ll receive a brand-new Zealot backpack—on the house.
- To qualify:
- All internal cords must remain untampered and in their original position
- The LED power button and its concealed cords must still be fastened in their original location
- The backpack must be in mint condition, with no stains, no deep scratches, and no signs of water, dust, mud or road damage,
This ensures we’re addressing true manufacturing defects—not damage from misuse or wear.
- Chest Armor Buckles
If the buckles on your chest armor break or fail due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll send a replacement armor piece at no cost.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Reach out to our support team at support@farmyth.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of how and when the issue occurred
Our team will inspect the claim and respond with next steps. If approved, your replacement will ship at no cost to you.
Final Notes
This warranty applies only to original purchasers. Damage due to impact, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification voids the warranty. We built the Zealot for the ride, but not for reckless treatment.
