The Zealot Z One is primarily made of premium, hardshell plastic, both on the interior and its exterior.
The interior is layered with plush silk, while the straps are made with a combination of durable Dupont® Aramid Kevlar, and aesthetic PU leather. The zippers are the most reputable YKK variant available in the industry for a backpack this size and use case. All-in-all, it is one of the most durable backpacks you can ever take on your rides.

All preorders will ship soon after they are placed and production is completed. The second batch of orders will start shipping between 30 days and 90 days after, but no later than this timeframe. We recommend placing your order now at any point in this process, to take advantage of our delivery queue method - first come first serve. We honor the order number sequence.
Yes. Your Zealot Z1 Backpack's tech is approved to pass through TSA and to board a plane and travel with. As of June 2024, TSA has approved backpacks with LED tech matching our use case; according to TSA.Gov. The password lock system on the Zealot Z1 is TSA-approved.
